Weight loss game?

Im playing a weight loss game with one of my family members. They are 154 and im 151. I am 5.1 and I know im overweight. please help me loose a lot of weighttt

eat lotsa veggies and alkalines (google it) it will be a wonderful and healthy earth if we all appreciated and respected the alkalines and all their wonders for health nutrition and natural balanced diet .. dont be vegetarian but remember 4 times alkaline for 1 time acid.

acids= sugars meats, breads, alchools, etc,

alkalines= veggies, salads, greens etc.

You dont need to loose “a lot” of weight. You just need to get healthy and lose the “right” amount.

-Cut out the carbs -No junk food -Drink mainly water - juice is ok for breakfast. -No fried foods -only grilled or baked. -Excercise daily - walking, running, jogging, dancing, swimming, yoga, pilates, thai-chi - there is so much you can do that is fun. -Eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 large ones.

you have to remember that it will be hard for your opponent to lose weight just like it will be hard for you. the key is to stick with the program. don’t reward yourself with food. Even just a cookie here and there will throw you off track. Only eat natural foods. nothing fried. try to grill all your meats, and try to eat mostly raw veggies. Give up dairy almost entirely except maybe a glass of milk here and there.

“Eat right and exercise”, thats what everyone else says. They’re probably right. I’d give you my advice, but I realy don’t think I’m one to give safe diet advice. Search diets on google and find one that suits you.
