I'm hoping for advice on tights/leggings, blazers (black <3), and shoes.

-This dress is considerably short. -I live in a particularly warm climate. -I am quite short.

Great dress. I would buy it also. I like to mix colors. Small accents of turquoise or mint or emerald reflected in shoes will make your image fresh and stylish . But it's important to match contrast color reflected in two items: shoes and clutch or shoes and jewelry.
Black or silver heels. Also not a blazer maybe a biker jacket. That'll look cool. Maybe one of those heels with studs.
Also if you're short. You won't look weird with a short dress, I mean the length would look even.
Cute dress by the way! Also being a little edgy with a biker jacket looks a bit classy with that dress.
I forgot to add. I always looking for something on www.adoos.com. It may come in handy.
