Ways to let out anger?

I know no one will probs read this or reply to it but oh wells The boy im in love with is in love with some one else And it hurts me soo much, like I cant even describe how im feeling The worst bit is he doesnt know how much its killing me He doesnt even think of me at all We’ve hooked up before and everything but thats only because he wanted action and I was stupid enough to think it would make him like me. But of course it didnt. It just made me a dumb sl*t I have all this anger and sadness and I feel like if I dont let it out some way im going to explode or end up killing myself So my question is.. .. What are some ways to let out your anger??

Well…see! I replied! anyways…I have anger problems and when I need to vent a bit, before it gets to the point where I want to kill someone or punch walls…I read a book, watch a movie, or hang out with friends. Basically just do something that gets your mind off whatevers making you angry. Oh! Working out works too. It always makes me happier. Also (and I know this is totally wrong) I plot sweet revenge. Like plan it all out, then by the time I’m finished…I never go through with it. Like there’s this girl and her stupid finace or whatever, they used me to get what they want, and I’ve plotted the best revenge against them…but I haven’t done it yet. Buuut…hang out with friends and talk to them or vent. Some stupid boy shouldn’t be the reason why you might want to kill yourself. Get over him. He’s not worth your time and being angry or whatever isn’t going to bring him back. Heck, why not find another guy? Someone WAY better?? That always works too, not to mention, I’ve read someplace that it could make you happier. Hope I helped a bit!!♥
