Get a stress ball to sqeeze get a bag a glass bottle and a hammer and break it you will feel real good afterwards. There are different types of stress/angry release so try looking for different answer not just here but other places {for me I just listen to a song that goes along with how I’m feeling} hehe

Breathing does help… but sometimes when you’re in the moment you kind of forget to. Whenever something is making you mad, walk away from it.. give yourself a couple of minutes to calm down, so you can talk about it in a calm manner. Writing helps me… write in a journal.. listen to music, go for a walk. Watch a funny movie..

If you are that stressed out then you need to walk away…decide where you want to go maybe another room, or for a walk or perhaps the gym…music & a shower are also some other ways to relieve stress… for some people they try the whole close your eyes & take a deep breath then count to 10… Best advice is to find out what works better for you minus breaking, throwing or ruining something…violence is just a step in the wrong direction.

You could try a sport like boxing. My fiend’s partner does boxing to control his anger and he says it really works.

I find this helps a great deal. If angry go out for a walk and get space. Look at things. People, trees, buildings, homes, plants, anything. This gets ones mind off the anger. Also, it calms one down and puts him in the present. The problem about anger is it wants to stop, so therefore one isn’t in present time, he’s stuck in that incident which caused the anger. Go out and look. Then when one is calmed down think what brought it on. It’s never the other person, it’s always the one. It’s inside, and until one finds the truth of it it will never go away.
