How do I unlock my online banking account?
so my brother tried to hack my bank account and now when i try to check my balance i can’t because its locked, the reason being he answered the security questions wrong 3 times in a row and now i can’t even get on it without it saying that my account can’t be looked at because it is locked… :(
You need to go to the bank to get it unlocked.
You must go to the bank to have them unlock your account. Depending on the type of service the bank offers you may be able to call your branch mgr. Your account also could be time locked, anywhere from 24 to 72 hours. If another entry error happends, the accounts stays locked until you go to the bank.
