How unhealthy is it if you go without eating breakfast and lunch, just a snack and dinner?

if you are trying to lose weight or something eating breakfast really helps a great amount..it will make your metabolism go up and you can burn more..instead of just starving yourself until the end of the day..

If you’re getting all your calories in those two meals, then not unhealthy at all.

There’s a method of losing weight known as IF (Intermittent Fasting) and basically this method is used by setting a specific time of the day to start eating all of your calories. A lot of people have said it’s worked to lose weight because the body doesn’t really care how many times you eat, as long as you eat all your nutrients for that day.

I’d still suggest eating breakfast though, since it provides a lot of energy to start the day.

if you get enough calories and a balanced diet, meaning eat fruits and vegetables not just junk food, then it shouldnt be to bad. it may hinder weight loss, im not sure if that was your goal…

Eating one main meal a day, plus a lighter one, is fine, but the big meal should be early in the day, not dinner; especially not a late dinner.
