My money tree is in a plastic pot and i want to transplant it?

My money tree is in a plastic pot and i want to transplant it in a ceramic pot.Is it risky for the plant ??

Answer #1

Yes and no. A successful transplant will leave the soil and roots intact while it is being moved. Breaking up the soil or roots will make it go into shock for a little while but they usually do come out of it pending you don’t over water. Transplanting is sometimes necessary to get a money tree to get any bigger than it is.
