What are the three top leading countries leading in the educational area?

There’s a few places to go to see official rankings for this, but another way to look at it could be to examine the end results and decide that way. What I mean is, take Germany for example. They may not rank high officially, but think about most products they make there. German made anything is usually of the highest quality and for decades they’ve been world leaders in various development and engineering areas. United States and England have the best universities. I guess answering this would be determined by if you need official or opinionated answers.

It is definitely not the UK. I am in the UK. And am thick of all the simpletons here. The education system has let a lot of children down here.
