Tired of not looking the way I wish to

I’m a first year in undergrad college. I want to lose the fat I have in my arms. I don’t want my fat to become muscle because I really dislike the size. As well as my neck and chin. There’s some fat there that I can’t see when I take a good picture (since I usually take it from an upper angle.) But in straight forward pictures, I can totally see my round chin and some neck fat. And of course, the infamous complain- belly fat. I want to lose that too. I just don’t know the right exercises to perform or the healthy diet to go about. I’m tired of feeling self- conscious about myself.

I’m 5’2 and I weigh 129 pounds.

Oh man…we’ve all been there baby girl…some of us hate being ourselves…I hate being skinny…I’d do anything to be big and fat…

Things to do:

1.Accept yourself for who you are right now. 2.Eat 2,500 calories a day. 3.Workout 6 days a week.

1 hour weight training Go to the gym they’ll explain it to you.Lift weights.LIFT weight EVERYDAY …Don’t lift today NOT lift the next day OR you will GAIN mass…YOU have to lift EVERYDAY…lifting weights burns specific fat and tones your entire body…you’ll be looking sexy in no time… Oh and it strengthens your bone and gives shape to your body…

1 hour cardio: Running,jogging,cycling,swimming,basketball,football/soccer,tennis,dancing…Choose which one you want maybe you want to cycle then do a bit of running..the next day maybe you want to swim or play tennis. It doesn’t matter just MOVE your body so that fat burns.

DO WEIGHT TRAINING FIRST THEN CARDIO…OR YOU WILL DIE OF EXHAUSTION…make it a habit that STAYS FOR LIFE!!…okay…you have to work out not because ou want to look sexy but because it’s makes your bod healthy…don’t quit as soon as you have the right body shape you want..it’s alife time commitment.

In order to learn to count calories…if you have weights at home to calculate gramss you know the type that people use when their baking cake to calculate the flour or sugar…

weigh CARBOHYDRATE MULTIPLY BY 4 and you’ll get your calorie amount

weigh PROTEIN MULTIPLY BY 4 and you’ll get your calorie amount

weigh FAT MULTIPLY BY 9 and you’ll get your calorie amount

Total them all and make sure it’s 2,500 no less no more each day…what’s important is KEEP ON EXERCISING AND DIETING HEALTHY and you’ll be okay.Okay Good Luck (:-)

Any exercise will burn calories, doesn’t matter, and you can’t choose where the fat gets removed. Though a variety to get just a little muscle might be a good idea. For a healthy metabolism consume whole grain foods and nuts or oil (unsaturated fat). Studies even show whole grain foods are associated with lower weight. As said carbs, protein and fat are all calories; doesn’t matter where it comes from it all ends up the same.

2,500 calories is actually a lot for a girl. If you are a female and dieting you only really need as low as 1200 to as high as 1800. If you just cut your calorie intake everyday you will loose weight slowly and might not even have to head to the gym.
