Do you think their should be a time limit authorities have to find a criminal and be able to charge them?

Answer #1

Their is for some crimes, I think if you do the crime you need to server the time.

Answer #2

No. Investigations take years to complete. Think about it like this, a guy say about 17, r@pes & mu*ders 4 girls & gets rid of them in the middle of no where. First the family members have to file a missing person report, the have to wait 48hrs to start looking, they have to question people, look around, they find the bodies, they have to identify them, conduct an autopsy if possible & then try to find out what happend. All that cant happen overnight.

Answer #3

I think criminals shud be charged no matter how long ago the crime was, or wat the crime was, I agree do a crime, serve ur time

Answer #4

Well I think if someone does this, they are not going to do it once, and then when they find this person in a lesser crime, but are able to link them to the other ones. then they should be charged for them.

Answer #5

There must be a reason they have the time limits. Obviously there is no time limit on mur.der in any of the states as far as I know. The time limits exist for the lesser crimes. And they’re not short time limits. You’re looking at 5-7 years for a bunch of them.

Answer #6

From what I have saw there is no limit on mur-der.

Answer #7

Taking about the authorities is USA and in Indonesia must be like talking about eating food fresh from the open and eating cold pie (hey, you like cold pie, right? LOL) in my country we already have sort of “targeted” or time limits for certain crimes, still the authorities make thousands of excuses for not being able to find the man before the due time. The worst is 60% of the crimes are still free out there. Last year two men broke into my bed room, taking some of my precious belongings, nothing happened until now, The police even did not ask me how the criminals look like. I was awaken while the thieves were still inside my bed. I know it sucks!!! LOL

Answer #8

Wow, yes that does suck, and more than likely you are not the only person they have hit. This is why I think all crime they comment should be able to be liked together. I also believe in the death penalty and the eye for an eye rule.
