Who thinks there should be a "Did you know" section on FunAdvice?

so people can say stuff like: did you know that the authur of Alice’s adventures in wonderland was written by a mathmatican?

Answer #1

I’ve suggestion that to one of the admins before, I believe. I think it’s a nice idea, and they may add that one day…after more important things are added and/or fixed of course.

FunAdvice is constantly changing and growing, so you never know what they will incorporate next. :]

Answer #2

I do! that would be awesome, I vote yes!

Answer #3

Answer #4

Answer #5

i vote yes as well because i think it would be interesting

Answer #6

I like that idea.

Answer #7

Well, as Jeremy put it before…the site is basically 2 inches deep and 2 miles wide…adding more code to the framework causes a mass of headaches for the programmers, so adding new pages at this point in time is…well… difficult.

Answer #8

….I thought that was the “tips” Section….But that would be helpful and nice. I love learning new things……long as it’s not at school -.-

Answer #9

i do. and i asked colleen the same Q but she has not answered yet.

Answer #10

Yes I have

Answer #11

i see that now.

Answer #12

I agree, but maybe not now. I’d prefer being able to see the whole alerts :) I know I have to wait :)

Answer #13

is it possible to get more programmers? or like put a certainn group to work on one section, so two would work on questions, 2 on how to’s, two with updates etc..?

Answer #14

Click ‘everything’ on your profile…that will show you everything from the alerts.

Answer #15

Programmers cost money - they don’t come cheap, you know. We have Ericson and Michael, and Jeremy does some programming as well. Unfortunately, it’s not as cut and dry as all that…this website is in a constant state of fix-it, so unless we have a dozen programmers dealing with a dozen different things at a time, it still won’t be enough to warrant adding even more code to an already wide framework.
