what is he really thinking right now?

ok i liked this guy for along time then he ends our friendship all of the sudden saying for me to leave him alone and not bother him anymore,ok now a few months later he is asking my friend about me,he was buying some tomatoes and my friend told him he didn’t need thoes he couldn’t cook(just for fun) and he said that he could cook if he had someone to cook for,and that he nodded his head to the side towards me and after she told me,i am thinking where is the girlfriend you have been with on and off for so long ?he goes out of his way to walk by me when he doesn’t have to,we’ll meet up in the hallway he’ll just looks at me and lets out kind of a sigh, my friend says he is always looking my way,so is he just making sure i don’t come close by or is he trying to reconcile our friendship?i’m sure not breaking the ice,he ended it so he can start it.

Sounds like he isn’t sure what he wants. You’re just going to have to wait until he outright says something.

It all depends on what type of friendship you had….did he have girlfriends during your friendship? Were you closer than just friends occasionally? All these must be taken into account. If you were occasionally closer than friends than run the other way fast. He’s looking for friends with benefits. If he was dating someone else at the time it could have been her that did not appreciate your friendship with him. Again run the other way fast for he has no independence. So until you get to why he said what he did we can speculate. Only he can tell you what happened. Perhaps it is now the time to ask what that was all about and then go from there. Good luck, Sue

we were just good friends,he knew i liked him,i figured it was his girl causing the trouble,but he didn’t confront me about it,he went thru someone else.
