What are these thin plastic pieces that keep baked goods separate?

What the the thin plastic, could be clear mylar, pieces called that are used to maintain the positon of baked goods, I. e. layer cakes, tortes, etc.?

They are called different things by different people.

You may find them under “separator disks” or also called “Pastry rings”.
