How to get rid of thigh fat before bikini season?

My thighs are kind of ummm…fat. I really want to stop the jiggling and fat-ness of them, especiall for bikini season. what can I say? im a girl. any suggestions?

Go run like 3 miles, and do one hour exercise. And you are going to be looking good!

Do a lota leg excercises, like running, sprinting up and down the stairs, biking and that upside down bicycle thing. Also, don’t eat foods with a lot of calories in it, becauseif you’re a girl most of your unused calories turn into FAT and goes straight to your thighs. Good luck!

That is exactly what I am doing right now. What is working for me is doing 100 squats in five minutes without stopping. I know it sounds kind of hard but it really isn’t at all. You can also get some running shoes on and take a run around a track or a field. If you want to take it easy, though, just take a stroll for about an hour and get some exercise in!! Hope I helped! :)
