I’m a guy, the question he wanted to ask you was if you would go out with him,did you like him, something along those lines. the problem is he is shy around you because he like u. so I’m not saying it’s your fault but when boys are shy they need to ask you on their own time, you confronting him made him think that you care a lot about what he wanted to ask you which made him even more shy to ask u. I would say just write your number on a slip of paper then give it to him ut dont try to act flirty or anything just say “here you go, I’ll have my phone tonite” then walk away when he has the time he’ll call u. if you like him then say yes to his question if you feel comfertable with it. after that he will be way more cool around u.
