How do you read Tarot Cards?

ok so I know tarot cards are used to tell your future, what lies ahead, all that lovely stuff. But can someone tell me how you read them? What kind should you get? I want to get some and try it with my friends just for fun, any info you have on them would be great!

no that is easy when you bie the cards it will come with a book and it will tell you everything you need to know then you will rem. it , it gets a lot easier lol Jenny

you will need to get a tarot book to know how to read them, I have seen egyptian tarot decks, native american decks, you name it. usually the cards come with a book explaining them. it usually takes tarot readers a while to learn what all the cards mean, then you have to put them into context of the person you are reading. so I guess that the type of deck you buy is up to you, since you will be just doing it for fun. I have seen some decks and books at barnes and noble- pretty much any book store should be able to hook you up.
