Yoga, because it calms your breathing and is just all known as a stress releif excercise. I also find running to be excellent for stress relief, you can keep pushing yourself and pushing yourself till you feel like dying and it gets your anger out well aha.
I like to train very heavy. Putting my every bit of energy into one repetition or one lift really makes me happy and just in general going to the gym takes away any emotions for 45-70 minutes a few days a week.
jogging, it is proven to make you happier. they tell people with depression to jog every other day if not more
i do lots of things i have a smoke . or drink exsersize sex but mostly i sleep ...
i either work out or masturate but i usaly do the second one
Sittin on my butt in front of the tv lol. Or swimming ;)
