what is side effect of alcohol of human body???
All of the above what others told you, but let me add some of the consequences of drinking to much. My brother almost died 2 years ago twice because he would not stop drinking. he fell and hit his head on concrete and was bleeding internally with blood seeping from both of his ears. By a miracle,(the doctors gave him little hope) and after a short coma he awoke and after months he was starting to get back on his feet, but then he drank again and fell a second time. he manage to pull through again but the damage is done, he has partial brain damage which will never be fixed all because he abused alcohol. he is clean and sober and functions as normally as he can, but he regrets his actions. I hope this never happens to you or any of your family.
Alcohol does not severely do anything unless you abuse it....People who drink a little live longer than those who dont drink any. Alcohol is Toxic to the human body, thats why our livers give up if you have a problem with the amount you drink.but in moderation is is actualy got more health benerfits than not. Smoking is now easy to give up than ever before IMO....electric cigs are great and do work ,if you buy the right brand and not the cheap useless even fake ones that litter the counters of British shops .
If you want to stop drinking alcohol as part of a move towards a healthier lifestyle, cutting down on the amount of alcohol you drink as opposed to giving up alcohol completely can help bring lots of health benefits, and can be easier to stick to. Reducing the amount you drink can also be an effective stepping stone to giving up alcohol completely in the future. Also, you can take advice from the experts like consult with a house call doctor. They can help you to get rid of Alcohol and smoking.
Alcohol severely damages your liver, brain, and your whole body. Alcohol addiction interferes with your life... If you want to stop drinking, try Alcohol Anonymous meetings.
I think this is to rely on their own self-control, to rely on their own to control http://www.cusabio.com/cusabio-147568
