Do you think it's right to stay at a job you absolutely hate?

Stay with it until you have another job lined up. There is nothing worse than having to wake up every morning and go to a job you hate

……Wait, yes there is! Not having a job at all and not being able to pay your bills. Find another job before quitting!

When you hate waking up in the morning but you know you have to is when you need to question, can I find a better job, same pay if not more or will I wind up jobless, with bills to pay and no income coming every other week! If you have at least 20 thousand dollars in your bank account so that at least you can cover the bills for the next 6-12 months just in case you do decide you cant take it anymore and say: “I am outta here…!”

If you can commit to that then you have what it takes to quit asap…if not…you might want to rethink about quitting & actually as said above find another job then quit!

I publically told a boss of mine he was an asshole because I couldn’t take it anymore. He had been treating others like that as well, and probably still does. Nothing positive was coming out of the job, so by calling him out on his attitude problem, he fired me. That was the happiest moment I had in the job. Sometimes, enough is enough. Try to line up another job ahead of time, but when you hate who you work for or what you do, it’s just not worth it.

Not at all! Even if that job gives you lots of money (hence why a lot of people waste their time on jobs they hate) you should find a job you really love. Money has something to do with it, but don’t stick with a job you’re going to hate FOREVER!

well it’s really up to you, if you need $$ then you stay even tho you hate it like hell. I mean I hate my job so much that I always complain to others about it, but I’m still working just cos I need the $$ :D
