Do stars ever move?

Answer #1

Stars are all in motion. It is believed that there is a black hole at the center of our galaxy that the stars in our galaxy revolve around. Our sun makes this trip every 220-225 million years though like planets stars closer to the center make the trip faster and those farther away take longer. Our galaxy is also moving with respect to other galaxies.
