Someone talk poetry with me! :D

lol does anyone like poetry !? :) I looove it,in English where doing poetry portfolios and we have the option of writhing a sonnet,soo I went for it and even tho sonnets are EXTRENLY difficult to write (because you need certain amount of syllables per line and it has to have a certain rhyme scheme per stanza) I still went for it because I was inspired by shakespeares Sonnet18 (where learning about him in class) and how he managed to write over like 115 sonnets (most about his love for lauren) in a two yr time periods during the 1600’s..I find that soo amazing..:) lol I guess this question was pointless..but ya :) lol

I wrote a poem for my girlfriend just the other day… It wasn’t a corny one, it was stupid in many ways, haha. I like writing poetry (if it’s humourous), but I don’t like reading it :D.

Edgar Allen Poe’s work always has a way with me. I feel so much more alive when I am reading it.
