What does this SMTP error means?
I am encountering this SMTP error: Cannot authenticate. Can anyone please tell me what this error means?
It means your password or login is incorrect for the SMTP server.
It could also mean that you need a login or password.
THe final option is that they have blocked you from logging in.
Its just a matter of entering your user name and password. Sometimes its something as straightforward as just examining that check box saying to utilize the exact same username and password for outgoing mail if you are using outlook or something like that. Check if your outlook has username and password authorization for outbound messages.
