What is worse - smoking hookah or a cigarette?
so my cousin and i are having a conversation about hookah and cigarettes. She says “hookah aint s**t” and i actually think hookah is worse than cigarettes. sooo whats the correct answer?
Cigs forsure. There are so many more chemicals in cigs, they cause multiple diseases in the long run. Hookah I’m not too familiar with but I heard it was similar to sheesha which isn’t too harmful

i’m taking the Quit Smoking Now program. the book says hookahs are not safe alternatives to cigs because the smoker still inhales the carbon monoxide, nicotene and tar from the tobacco and adds the risk of hepatitis, tuberculosis and herpes from sharing with others. hookah tobacco also has double the nicotene of on cigarette
hookahs are also used in opium dens. its a water pipe with multiple hoses for sharing with friends

In general, hookah. It depends on what kind of shisha & charcoal you use. Hookah usually contains a lot more tobacco than cigs & according to a local commercial “one hookah session equals up to 5 packs of cigs”
