It's more than just eating more vegetables, people. You're cutting out a huge part of your diet, you have to compensate for that. Do some research and find out what you're going to be able to find to substitute for that. It's a good chance to try some new foods too. DON'T just cut out meat and keep the rest of your diet the same, you could get sick, if not now, in the future.
Next time you're eating meat, really really slyly slip in some lettuce, and very slowly start putting down the meat and eating a vegetable. continue in slowest fashion possible until vegetarian
Gradually eliminate meats one by one... Beef pork then lastly chicken. You can also use meat replacement like quorn to help you :)
start drinking soy milk and start eating soy meat patties and furits and nuts.
Try to eat small quantity of vegetable until u get used to it......
You can buy veggie burgers and the like in grocery stores :)
