Ever try sleeping pills ? You can buy sleeping pills at your local drug store, Walmart or Target called Melatonin. I use to have the same problem with sleeping patterns and my doctor told me about Melatonin and i tried useing it and it actually works!! Trust me i know how you feel. :)

I’ve had trouble sleeping lately, try drinking milk before bed or reading a book for awhile. This will make your eyes heavy and let you fall asleep.

Answer #4

i dont think sleeping pills will be the best answer for a 14 year old. :\ i usually listen to music before i go to bed, and that makes me tired, but no matter how tired i am i will still wake up during the night.

Answer #5

Why not? They are perfectly safe because they are not perscription pills they sell them on the shelves at a pharmancy! If you keep having trouble sleeping id go to a doctor and get it checked out!

Answer #6

thing is, my mother would kill me if i took them :\ but thats for the advice (y)

Answer #7

Sleeping pills work if u really need them! Howerever, try not 2 get hung up on them to where u can’t sleep without them. It’s hard to get out of a sleep cycle so try really hard to keep to a routine.

Answer #10

I honestly wouldnt go for sleeping pills, some people are known to get addicted to them cuz then they cant sleep without them, then each time u use them u need them stronger & stronger… instead– boil one cup of milk with a smushed garlic clove, afterwards serve in a cup or sumthin and add honey, desired amount. stir. Sounds nasty, I know, but its friggin Gud :D you dont even taste the garlic.

Or - you can try lavender products, bodywash, bubbles, candles, sprays, w/e.

and if your one of those people that has nightmares and wants to get rid of them all you have to do if put a fresh branch of rosemary under your pillow, the one u sleep on obviously. and tuh dah :D nightmares are gone & u sleep en Peace all Night.

Answer #12

Pills are not the first answer, I studied insomnia for a while. If you’re sincerely having trouble sleeping, most likely because your clock’s all messed up, a good method is keeping yourself up: after you sleep, stay up for an entire day, a night, and then a day. It’ll exhaust you, and you’ll set your “clock” back as it should be.
