I can't go asleep early like if i go bed 10:30 i would sleep around about 3:00 am and i wake up late has anybody got a solution
Set your alarm to get up the same time every day i.e. early and force yourself to get up. You'll be tired for a week or so, but then your body should adjust and you should be sleeping through the nights.
