Too much of the same type of veggie will lead to problems. If you ate almost nothing but starchy tubers you could become malnourisihed just as you might from eating mainly legumes, or mainly leafy vegetables. The healthiest diet has a variety of healthy foods. When I ate meat shrimp was my favorite so I probably overdid it when I couid.
Shrimp is actually rather high in cholesterol. On the other hand being low on the food-chain shrimp has less mercury than most other seafood. Going overboard on any one food isn't healthy.
Depends how it's cooked- same with anything. If it's deep fried or fried then no it's not...
From what I understand pretty much all seafood has some type of health benefit :)
How should I cook it to make it healthy? Do I boil water and put the shrimp in?
Even veggies..eating to much is not healthy?
