Depends on what you're doing help on but yes, I think so. Being a teenager as I've come to believe is a time where everything is so dramatic and blown out of proportion like, "Am I growing normally, am I normal?" and worrying about things like appearence, ego, sexuality and raging hormones which all makes it such a hassle. Help pages will aid teenagers such as myself and others in getting through it xD
Sometimes i think its good to hear from other people your age.... It just depends on what the page is for
