I am a scene girl(: Yes Bright colors are best…Eye make up is a big part also(; I would use really thick BLACK eyeliner and really bright eye shadows!!! Now lets talk about hair! Make it your yourself…Unique tease it really high short choppy layers Bows!!!( My favorite). Trying wearing band tees like Hello Kitty, Invader Zim,Alice In Wonderland,ETC…well I hope this helped ;P

Okay I’m “scene” too so I can help. Yes bright colors are a big part of it but remeber there is no real rule about being scene. just be yourself. Bright colors paired with dark wash super skinnys is the most popular. Also cutesy t’s with hello kitty or gloomybear or any other cute little characters that you like. You don’t have to stick to just those characters. your make up should be obnoxious as your clothes. Dark eye liner (wings optional) if you wear eye shadow make it UBER BRIGHT! you dont have to wear false eye lashes but you can if you want. Your hair should be backed combed and teased really big! with cute hair bows and crazy high lights. you should have fringed side bangs as well but those arent rules there just what identifies you as scene. BE YOURSELF

lol.. bright colours, lots of eye makeup - eyeliner ( liquid or pencil ) fake eyelashes, make sure your face is pale ! & if you want coloured eyeshadow make it bright. alsoo bright bow headbands and clips for the haair, most common is black with blonde highlights, or you can add any colour highlights. backcomb is a must - make sure theres lots of volume on the hair.. sweep fringes.
