Santeria Wedding

I am doing a project on Santeria and need to find out about their kinship (how family ties are) and their weddings. I am having a hard time findout out anything other than it is a mix of roman catholocism and yoruban traiditions brought to cuba after slavery. If anyone knows anything about this wedding rituals or kinship between the people. PLEASE let me k now as soon as possible. Thanks for your help.

“Santeria/La Regla Lucumi

Santeria, literally “the way of the saints,” is a combination of the Nigerian Yuruba religion and Spanish Roman Catholic beliefs, blending African Orishas with Catholic Saints. As Santeria has evolved from its slave origins, many followers prefer to focus on the Yoruban folk aspect, and prefer to call their religion “La Regla Lucumi.” A wedding ceremony might include rituals, prayers and offerings to Orishas, emissaries for one god, Olorun.”
