is it safe to take a shower after a morning workout?

Like I wanna workout morning and night but I will work out early in the morning then take a shower. is that okay to do. Is it safe .. ?

Answer #1

Sure! Why wouldn’t it be? Taking a shower in the morning is a great way to help wake yourself up, especially after a great workout too. But, if you plan to do that everyday, you can shower everytime after the workout, but wash your hair every other time to keep natural oils.

Answer #2

Well the reason I asked is because people tell me your body can go into shock front being hot and then getting into the shower can send your body into shock.

Answer #3

I would hope that you would shower after you worked out. I can’t stand being sticky and gross after I work out, I always shower afterwards. There is nothing wrong with showering after a workout, in fact it’s reccomended.

Answer #4

Dont take too cold of a shower then.

Answer #5

You may suffer bowel cancer and chronic pretentiousness if you do that. You have been warned me old mucker watch it!

Answer #6

My mom used to tell me that you have to rest at least an hour after, so your body can rest. Some people don’t do this, and they immediately go for shower. But my mom said its not good for the body, take at least an hour of rest before you take a bath after work-out.

Answer #7

I wait for an hour after football to allow my younger brothers to shower first. I have constant diarrhoea, diptheria, TB, and occasionally AIDS because of waiting. But the strong man is carved from the hard tree.
