Ring tones

Is their a way to upload ringers on your phone with out having to download them or buy some? I have a sprint rant phone and im trying to upload some with the micro SD but I cant seem to be able to move the files in the “My stuff” section. anyone know how to do things like thise or any advice?

Theres a program called “Bitpim” that allows you to put Contacts, Sounds, Ringtones, Pictures, Videos, Messages and a bunch of other stuff on to your phone from the computer for free. Just take your music file and you can choose the length you want it to be.

you can make your own ringtones at myxter.com if you have limewire or itunes you can just drag the one you want onto the website and create one for free..then save it and email it to yourself or have it text it to you

email is that like part of texting? Like lets say sending a Picture mail and stuff like that.? I have no idea how to send email to phones <_< sorry im new to thise things with phones. I feel like a dinasaur.

I forgot to mention I dont have a data plan >_< so anything I download will be charge as extra. What a drag… thats why I was trying to use the SD Micro.

you could send them to your phone by email.

This isn’t free, but at walmart for 6 bucks, you can buy a card like a prepaid phone card, and get ringtones off of that somehow.

myxertones.com best site for tones.. they txt them to your pone for you… and SD wont work
