You MUST have GOALS…. set them every day, even if they are as small as getting your “%$#@@ “ off that couch, make a GOAL every day and do not be dissapointed by not fufilling it that day, but strive to make it the next! I have one principle: You CAN do THIS! and I tell myself every day. YOU CAN DO THIS! Just get to doing…. lol

i don’t know if building a addictivness to energy drinks really are a good idea. well i know its not a good idea. So skip that part. :)

Start training you body, a trained person has more energy. but in the end i think its about will power and disepline thought and thats not easy. but you cant counqer the whole world in one day so take small steps. :)
