How can you get rid of eczema?

Where is the eczema? I have bad eczema on my hands and it flares up when I’m stressed out. Its super itchy and I get little bubbles under my skin with clear liquid in them. My cuts crack and sometimes they get infected. I went to the doc a few times and they gave me several different creams until I found one that worked for me. It’s an ointment. I wear it at night with gloves so it really penetrates my hands… Best thing is to stay away from strong soaps that irritate the skin. It may take about a year to totally clear up, you really have to baby it. I’ve been dealing with this for 2 years already :(

Eczema can go away actually. When I was young I had it really bad behind the knees and on my arms. I ended up growing out of it and for a long time I had absolutely no eczema. But then a couple years ago I got it on my hands… I never got it behind the knees or arms really again tho.

The eczema on my hands first showed up after I wore a ring and under it I got really itchy and it soon spread to my entire hand…
