Religions separate the world

Jesus didn’t come for us to create a religion in his name. He came to show us the true meaning of love and life. We created so many religions and are constantly debating wich one is better than the other that we loose complete focus on what we should really be doing. Making your world a better place, because for me god does exist…and its the same one for christians, muslims, buddhists..etc!. But for me none of these religions are completely right. We all came from the same place…the true way to be near god isn’t going to church every sunday or reading every inch of the bible…its to help each other on the way…that feeling you get, that happiness of peing in peace is what jesus actually wanted us to do…not to battle about him. Who is with me?

Answer #1

Jesus came so that mankind might be saved from sin and total destruction - He didn’t have to but He did because He Loved us that much - that free offer of Salvation can be accepted or rejected - no gray area - hope and pray you’ll accept today for no-one is guaranteed tomorrow.

Answer #2

Yemir, I agree with you… that Jesus did not come to set up a religion.

That is manmade…

Jesus came to share the truth.

And that is where the rubber meets the road.

The dividing line, will be, what did we do with his truth?

Did we live it out… or was it just words on paper?

Are we what he expected us to be?

Or are we just clanging symbals ??

Do we just make noise, or do we actually do what he told us to do?

He said, that if we love him… We will obey him.

How does that work itself out??

Oh, and also, don’t forget, he said, he did not come to bring peace, but, division.

So, what did he mean by that??

Could he mean that we are to follow him, and not every wind of doctrine that pops up, presenting itself as the truth?

Could he mean that we will be judged according to what we knew, and what we did with what we knew?

Could he truly mean, that he wanted a people that were set apart to serve him.. and him alone???

Could he mean that he is jealous over the attentions of his people???

Could he mean that he wants to be exalted, over all others??

Answer #3

I just have to keep on lol…how can people go to church everyday and then critisize the different ones?…how can people judge everyone around them?…God isn’t a man who we should fear…I believe god is a power, it is everywhere and it created us. So what is alla this about going to hell?..no matter what we do to our parents they always tend to forgive right?…so christianity is saying that if I don follow the “rules” I will go to hell?…for me we all create our own reality and onlu you know how you feel inside. I was raised as a christian and believed in their philosophy for many years but know I realize that ever since you are born the society starts teaching you things that get you confused…things to manipulate your mind. Politics, religions, countries! it all come from the same vibe…to get you controlled…I dare you to see farther and realize we are all brothers and that those three things I mentioned are getting us to be robots. So fu*k everything you have been teached and just enjoy your life, live your life and help others on the way…its so easy PLUR!

Answer #4

The ten commandments simply werent working. God loved us all very much. He wanted us all back with him. Jesus was sent to us to give us a new commandment…love. Jesus became a bridge. A bridge back to God for all of us to cross as long as we loved one another.

Answer #5

* Jesus didn’t come for us to create a religion in his name.

If Jesus is God, and God is all knowing, wouldn’t he have known how things would turn out? If you believe the church’s version of history, Jesus did come to create a religion.

Answer #6

“Who is with me?”

Apparently, 70% of the American people are. Recent polls indicate the majority of Americans believe religions other than their own hold truth and are valid paths to God.

Answer #7

silver..I don’t believe someone as pure as Jesus could be jealous of anything…he can’t be able to feel that…and no I don’t belief we are doing what he told us to…because its no to live life by standards…we were made with minds to be able to think and determine what is really right…so I believe those words written in that book are words to advise you on life…everything in it shouldn’t be taken literally…just take that guidense and make it work in your life

Answer #8

In part, I agree with you. But just as you have the right to say, per say, all roads go to the same god. God has the ability to make only one road lead to him. It is not a matter of that we think of him but rather what does He think!

I am sorry for the feed-back you will get for the misspelling of “… peing in peace …” But it is funny

Answer #9
