it’s normally easyer to put the maserca on first, but you can really do it either way it don’t make too much of a difference
I always put mascara on before eyeliner.
I put on eyeliner first as it is easier for me to line my top lash line before my eyelashes are curled with mascara. Also, I tend to smudge my eyeliner more than my mascara and when that occurs, it’s easier to remove eyeliner without mascara (unless it’s waterproof).
Maserca?? Ha, ha. I think you meant Mascara.
You can do either, when I put it on first it doesn’t mess with them so they don’t get messed up.

I always put eyeliner on first because putting eyeliner on after the mascara messes up my lashes. :)

put an eyeliner first it is easier to remove if it mess up, then, have your eyelashes curl and then put your mascara

i’ve tried it both ways and found putting the liner on first is easier and you have a less chance to have smudges.
