Pregnant and gaining weight

Im only six weeks pregnant and have already gained 3-4 lbs. Is that normal? Or am I eating way too much?

Answer #1

It’s fine to gain weight during your pregnancy.

It’s a kind of way of knowing your baby is being fed rightly.

There’s no need to worry about it.

Congratulations about your baby, by the way =)

trnr I know how you feel and yes it is normal every woman is different some wont change much others will put on all over. Each pregnant woman is beautiful in different ways - I put on 11 kgs when I was pregnant and I miscarriaged at 11 weeks :( I got bad stretch marks, the best advise I could give to use is rub as much moisturizer or the special cream you can get for pregnancy stretch marks on your thighs just under you bum cheaks and on your back (the part just on top of your bum cheaks and on the sides and belly every night. Good luck And congratulations on your expected bundle of joy!!!

From what I’ve read it’s perfectly normal. During a pregnancy, a person can gain anywhere between 20 and 30 pounds. So no worries! This is what I’ve read. Congrats!♥♥

Answer #5

3-4 pounds is totally normal!!! You’ll probably gain about 20 more pounds while your pregnant!
