Pregnant and angry all the time

I am 19 weeks pregnant with my second child and constantly losing my temper. I usually do not do anything about it, but I do talk in a very angry way. Like when I am driving and the guy in front of me decides he wants to go 15 mph, even though there are no cars in front of him. Or my husband leaves work early without telling me, and I am the one who has to go pick him up usually. I am angry about 75% of the time, whereas I was only angry 2% of the time before I got pregnant. I would just like to know if this is normal or I should be worried.

Haha meganhead I could imagine what you were like pregnant all ratty etc…

OK my advise on this matter before me is this. You are pregnant, You have hormones running through your body like no ones business. The last time you were pregnant you were proberbly getting a good nights sleep still as you didnt have a little one to look after. I think you need some time out for yourself to chill our or sleep or whatever it is that will relax you. You deserve it, after all your a baking machine for the best sort of dumpling that can ever be made! Do you have anyone you can turn to for some support here, because if you dont have any rest and continue on the depressed anger side I would be worried about you being affected by post natal depresion when the baby comes. I hope you understand what I am advising here as I really do think you need to watch out for yourself at this time. Maybe book an appointment with your doctor to discuss this. I hope things get better. xxx

I just wish there was something I could do to get ride of these negative/cranky feelings because its really draining - ladies any advice at all, would be great. I sleep well, exercise and eat right.

It’s all about progesterone hormones which are the hormones related to pregnancy and to menstrual cycles. By the moment you reach hormone imbalance mood swings comes.

Probably you could read something about progesterone, I bet there are some books that talk about it. If you find it a bit hard to get them, there is a small introduction on this site. http://www.natural-hormones.net/progesterone.htm

Hope it helps.

I am pregnant and hateful! I feel as though I have no choices in my own pregnacy, my husband is over protective and I hate him for it, I dont want him kissing my stomach, tuching me even sleeping next to me!!! I feel as though if he doesnt give me some space and let me make some decisions about my own baby that I will file for devorce! I feel asthough I am only a incubator, I just want to throw something! I wish I could be happy about this baby we planned for but Im not! What is wrong with me. Dont say hormones because it seems like more.
