Dogs can get pregnant pretty early, as early as 6 months old. Its important to avoid that from happening because it can cause a lot of problems. The best thing to do is to get your dog spayed so you wont need to worry about her getting pregnant. She could die during delivery if she gets pregnancy too young because her body isn’t fully developed yet. If you plan on breeding in the future, you have to remember that it is a huge responsibility and should be done by someone with experience. If you don’t know exactly what is involved with the process, what to do, how to assist the mom and the puppies during delivery, how to handle complications during delivery, etc. then you are risking the life of the mom and the puppies.
I think starting at 6 months, which cant be safe for her body, but it is physically possible for her at this time
