Answer #1

try exercise and maybe a diet supplement that has Green Tea in it (I use the gum; the taste is great). or while you’re exercising, get some of those SlimQuick drink mixes (you can find this and the Green Tea gum at a drugstore). you can put the drink mixes the water bottle you have while you’re exercising. that way, the water actually has flavor.

Ok, first of all, pills don’t work and for someone your age, it’s not safe either, no matter what others might say. If you want to take green tea, drink it, it’s healthier. Second, don’t diet and don’t starve yourself. By not eating, you’re body holds on to fat because it thinks it’s starving and the moment you start to eat again your body takes every bit of fat in the food and stores it, in the event there is another big “starvation”. Eat breakfast everyday! DO NOT SKIP IT! It kick starts your metabolism and helps to keep you energized all day. Eat 3 healthy meals or as healthy as you can make them with healthy snacks in between meals. And I don’t mean potato chips and dip! At 14, you need more food because you’re growing. If you eat foods in moderation and not stuff yourself, you should be able to maintain a healthy weight. And exercise can be as simple as going for a walk, at a fast pace for 30 minutes everyday. Skating, skiing, swimming, dancing, building a snowman, making snow angels…even raking leaves or shovelling snow is all good exercise that’s do-able for someone your age. Trust me, I know what I’m talking about. I’m a type 2 diabetic and a big girl and I’ve lost 70 pounds in 8 months just by doing this. I still have a goal of at least 80 more to reach my final weight. If I can do this, so can you. You don’t need to starve yourself and you don’t need to cut out anything major, just cut back or change the type of food to a healthier version. Try not to eat too much, easier said than done, believe me, but worth it in the end. Drink water or real fruit juice instead of soda. Even eating too much fruit can make you gain weight so try to eat in moderation. Sit down with your parents and tell them how you feel, tell them you want to get healthy and you want to lose some weight but in a healthy way. Make a list of healthy foods and go grocery shopping with them and make them eat what you eat. For snacks you can have cheese with some crackers and a glass of milk or juice, carrot sticks, yogurt or a piece of fruit, as long as it’s healthy and as long as you like it. If you do all of this, and exercise at least 3 times a week, you will lose weight in a healthy way and can still have the treats you like. You can even have a hamburger and fries every now and then, just not everyday! Check out these websites for healthy eating guides and easy exercises:

Hey, know how you feel.Try cutting out white bread , whole milk and sugar out of your normal diet. and green tea pills and the gum is supposed to make you lose stomach fat. Sitt ups and the bicylce move (lie on back hands folded behind head , bring left knee and right elbow to each other and vise versa, do it kinda quick). Hope this helps:)
