What specific things can I do to start this relationship?

So this is an on going question. I’ll try to keep your attention and not bore you to death with my helples plea for getting him to want me more. So awhile ago Benson and I were hanging out..things were kind of slow but eventually we started kissing and we did like eachother. But then I came to find he was in love with my friend Zenobia. But he acted so much like he liked me. I kind of analyzed thatm aybe she was jut his comfort zone because he had known her for 3 years. She doesn’t and NEVER WILL like him back. He doesn’t even act like he likes her..he acts like he likes ME most of the time. One time when he spent the night we were in my bed and he just randomly started kissing me. It was adorable. then when it was time to sleep he put his arm over my waist…. I loved it. He told my other best friend Ivy who is his bestfriend also, that when we kiss it didnt really “click” but that he did like me. We get along great but sometimes I feel like I should be acting a little different…more out there…because I treat him just ilke I treat any other guy friend of mine. I am in love. I dream about him all the time. I know it’spossible that he and I could be together, he kind of just needs to wake up…but I think I have something to do with that. I just really need advice on SPECIFIC and MANY things that I can do to get this relationship start going. He tells me to call him, but I never do. I’m afraid I don’t know what to say sometimes. But I really like him. He really wants me to come to his school too. I spend every weekend with him and sometimes see him on school days. Anyways, please tell me thigns I can do or strategies to get him to like me more or get more interested in me. I know some peopel might say “you cant MAKE someonel ike you” but I know that isnt and IS true..there are things that can make people like you. just please help me out here. thank you so much!
