How can I finally get some sleep?

Every night, I lay in bed all tucked up and ready to sleep. then I listen to my heart beating and I start to worry about dying. I eventually drift off to sleep and I wake up screaming because I’m having a nightmare of dying. everyone said I shouldn’t be scared of dying it’s a natural thing. But please help me. I end up falling asleep in school because I’m scared of sleeping because of the nightmares. PLEASE HELP ME! anyone got any ideas or solutions?

Try some over the counter sleeping pills or try something like tylenol PM.

There’s also some other things you should do to help you sleep. -Turn your alarm clock away from where you can see it and anything that has a light on it (dvd player ect) put tape over the light. -Turn off the TV and stay away from the computer for an hour or 2 before bed so your brain can calm down. -Take a hot bath right before bed. -Drink Camomille Tea or warm milk before bed. -Listen to soothing music

If you still can’t sleep then you should consult a doctor about medication.
