what did women used during periods in stone age

Answer #1

Stone age? No such thing

Answer #2

Nothing. It was just those makeshift cloths. They would just bleed freely, leaking to their legs.

Answer #3

I don’t think they would have used anything, I mean they didn’t have underwear, just cloths over their parts… They probably just let it leak out, grose I know.

…off the topic, but I do know that often all the women would get there period at the same time as to reduce chance or predators who smell the blood as it would only happen once a month…

Answer #4

I don’t know what they used back THEN, but I know they used to use rags. (that’s where the term “she’s on the rag” came from)
