If you’re swimming in colder water or just regualar swimming pool water–then sure. Your testicles and penis do shrink into the body as much as they can as a way to regulate their temperature. Your testicles like to be warm, and will seek that warmth by shrinking as much as possible into your groin to stay warm. But it’s not a big shrinkage or anything. Dont worry about it.
