old crush actin wierd. (big question)

so I used to have this crush that I liked a lot in my old town. I really liked her but I wasn’t sure if she really liked me. She always flirted and she always took my compliments and gifts but whenever I asked her out, she would always turn me down. She’d say she either had a boyfriend or just broke up or just wanted to be friends. She’d always say relationships come and go, but friendships last forever. She’d always say I was like her brother. Buuut she ALWAYS accepted gifts and compliments without hesitation. AAANND she never really had time for me. I always asked her to hang out but she never could. Then one day we hung out and we did “sexual stuff” then I asked her out and she said I was like a brother and she couldn’t and she indirectly said what we did was a mistake. SOO I moved out of the area and got a girlfriend. we’ve been dating 2 months and this girl swears I hung the moon. She’s all about me. soo I’m makin out with my girlfriend when my old crush (who I haven’t talked to in two months) texts me and asked “Why havent you texted your best friend??” So I told her I had been busy with work and my girlfriend and she flipped. She asked since when did I get a girlfriend and if she was pretty. Of course I said we had been together two months and she was perfect. That made my crush mad. She called me an as and told me SHE liked me and ALWAYS liked me. I asked her why she said I was like her brother and why she always turned me down and why she always said we should just be friends and she just said she didn’t know but she likes me and always liked me. So WHAT THE F*K IS going ON HERE??? of course I going to stay with my current girlfriend but I just want to know whats going on?? is it just because of jealousy??
