Can Obama pass a law for 2013 even if he hasn't won the election yet?

I wouldn’t say horrible, he hasn’t done anything really wrong, but he hasn’t done anything great either. He has a lot on his plate running a country and all. I would say he’s average, I think he will be a MUCH better president than his competition.

He can pass one for 2013, but not in 2013. He is horrible all around, i agree that he shouldn’t pass any. He screwed up the health system and so many other things.

Oh ok i thought this because if we have another president maybe he will have diferents ideas and wil change if any bill has been passed for 2013.

i would vote for obama if im 18. mitt would be a terrible president.

Agreed that health care reform should have been better but far too many politicians on both sides of the isle are beholding to the insurance industry. As it stands tens of millions more Americans will be able to get health insurance. It will save $billions over the years. Insurance companies will no longer be able to exclude people with pre-existing conditions or drop people after they get sick. While health care reform should have been better it is a long way better than nothing and nothing is exactly what we would have if McCain won.

He has been a weak president standing up to congressional Republicans; that’s my biggest criticism. He has been quite good with the economy and foreign policy. President Obama kept us from sliding into another depression and GM went from near bankruptcy to being the #1 auto company in the world. Bush 43 let Osama Bin Laden slip through his fingers in Tora Bora since he was busy building up in Iraq. President Obama took a huge political risk going after Bin Laden but knew it needed to be done and took the guy out. Osama is dead and GM lives. If McCain did what he said he would in the debates Osama would be alive today and GM would be kaput.

He will ‘Executive Order’ anything he sees fit….
