No passion?

Ok, so people are always asking me what I wanna do when I grow up or w/e, but I have no clue. So when I tell them this they always ask the obvious question; what do you like 2 do? And everyone around me seems to be passionate about something, whether or not they want to follow it in the future as a career. And I no sum ones gonna say sumthin like dont worry, you just havent really explored everything, thers definitely sumthin out there for u. This may be true but then why have I explored so many different things and yet feel so indifferent? Im scared im not going to lead a happy life if I dont know what makes me happy, so yea if you have any thoughts or w/e leave them. Theres no specific question here, its just me wanting to know if im the only one.

You are only 14 years old! There is no need to rush into planning your future and deciding what you want to be - you have PLENTY of time. Don’t worry about it - you will find something that you like or are interested in time. For now just enjoy being a kid - it doesn’t last forever.

You haven’t found what your life’s ambition is yet - there’s nothing wrong with that.

Most people go through about 3 career changes before finally finding out what they want to do.

I am 39 and I am just beginning to figure out what I am passionate about, I have worn many hats in the past 21 years, everything I did was simply to survive. I have always helped people as much as I could and now I am pursueing a part time job that will allow me to do just that- help people.

mandyloo gave you a great piece of advice- be young while you can, sometimes attempting to focus on a problem is the wrong approach, just have fun- relax- and the bigger picture will present itself to you.
