How to download MP4 player software?

Hi, just received a MP4 player in the mail, and it came with this small disc that does not fit into my lap top. So how can I down load the software. ? I dont know really what I am doing, and I need total help,,, it came with very vague discription, actually, doesnt even tell you how to do anything but how to turn it on. I also tried the web site and it says it under construction… thanks for reading,,,shelly

If you have a laptop with a tray CD/DVD drive (they type that pops/pulls out, you put the disk in, and then push it back in) you can use the small disc just as you can use the normal big CD/DVD disks - just place it in the centre, it doesn’t go to the edges is all, but it still works. If, however, you have a slot-load CD/DVD drive (the kind where you push the disc into a slit in the side of the laptop) in general you can’t use the small disks in your laptop, and its best not to try.

If you do have a slot-load drive, your best bet would probably be to try and get the use of a computer that has a tray CD drive (perhaps a friend’s?) and copy what’s on the small CD to a USB pen drive or another (big) CD, and then transfer that information onto your laptop.

There’s are plenty of mp4 player on the Internet. I downloaded this one and pretty satisfied with its functioning.
