Need Help! My ex has reapeared after 5 years missing.

I was 15 and he was 16 at the time we fell in love for our first time ever.We worn torn apart by his parents while in High School. We kept in contact every couple of months we would talk on the phone, he joined the Air force at age 19. Then I moved and we lost contact for 5 years. Which leads us up to today. I found his number listed in the phone book. I also need to say that I am now 26 years old and recently married as of 4/2/2005 to my Husband whom I love very much and would never give him up for anything. So I called my ex (andy), I’m not sure why exactly. Maybe because I haven’t heard from him in so long or because I think of him every so often still, after so many years. Anyways I did it, I called him today. I found out that he is also married now, still in the air force and still emembers me. We spoke for about 10 min about my sister, his brother and our parents. Then he says, “I don’t mean to cut you short but I am a little frazzled with my emotions and I feel a little strange, I am talking like I am stupid because of the shock can I call you back later tonight? I said yes, and that I am very sorry If I caused any trouble. We said goodbye. I am feeling gulity, happy, sad, and hopeful that I will hear his voice again as I do I my mind and heart (I have missed him for 10 years). When and if we ever talk again, or if we even sholud. What should I say? Should I tell my husband that we talked? If he doesn’t call me back should I ever call him again? Why am I calling him? Why do I feel that I need to hear from him that he thinks of me sometimes too?
