Why is she starting to ignore me?

Ok a few months back I posted a question, and one person said I was lusting after this girl. So I started to get to know her we talk on msn and say hi in the hall ways and stuff. Then one day her friends asked me if I liked her, I didn’t say anything to them because if she’s asking her friends if I like I should just tell her, herself. So I told her to her face, not that blunt , but I mentioned how I thought she was cute and everything. Then she started to act different. She would change her routes she took in between classes, she would avoid eye contact with me and come up with poop excuses on msn how she has to go when ever I log on. I know for a fact she does not have a boyfriend, and I have know Idea why she is starting to ignore me. I really do like her, can you guys help me figure this out. Oh by the way she is a very shy person, kinda naive on relationships, kinda one of thos girls that keep to her close group of friends.

She likes you back. Thats what I think. Maybe you should ask her out. :P

Honestly, it sounds like she doesn’t like you. Being shy and trying to avoid people are two different things.

dude, we have the same problem, this girl of mine also avoiding me, and she avoid making any eye contact. she is my classmate in 2 subject. She only talks to me if I asked her, but she dont make any effort to start any communication with me..One thing I dont like is the way she treated me or any other guy that fall in love with her. weird!!! can we call it as a sign of immaturity on her part she is only 18.

She probably had an idea you might like her, so she asked her friends to find out for sure. Now she got it straight from the source (you) , and shes avoiding you because she obviously doesnt feel the same way back. When somebody has to go out of their way to avoid running into you…they just arent interested! Its really not a tough one to figure out. I dont believe she is naive on relationships, it seems she knows what she wants, and what she doesnt want from what I see.
